Job Resposibilities
- Provide 1st line support to all users via any calls and email promptly from Internal/External user.
- Ensuring all requests are attended to promptly and satisfaction maintained.
- To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
- Gather and compile the reported problem logs to Application Team for further rectification and follow-up till closure.
- Participate/Assists in conducting User Acceptance testing
- Control and monitoring the timeline provided by BA/Application team to ensure the UAT delivery without any delay
- Accurately and efficiently executes test plans
- Assist to raise issues, bugs & errors pertaining during UAT.
- Provides mentoring, training & support to users on existing system/system enhancement
- To perform front end system administration and maintenance task (i.e. eIMS User ID creation , user profiles amendment and user access roles/rights assignment)
Job Requirements
- Have a minimum of 1 years of Insurance experience
- Have a good knowledge of the Insurance industry in Malaysia
- Must be a fast leaner, effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users and team members.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and identify ambiguity and drive for clarity
- Capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently
