Deskripsi/ Tugasan:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and monitor the production and inventory of company's internal and external communications materials in line with Radimax Group's corporate brand identity
• Assist to manage company's website to ensure accurate and timely updates of its functionality, content and design
• Assist in content development and execution of media communications activities, including but not limited to organizing media invites, writing press releases and editorials
• Support and manage corporate events, exhibitions and tradeshows including planning, sourcing of vendors, logistics coordination and on-site monitoring.
• Responsible in compilation of weekly news and industries updates from mainstream and new media outlets, governmental bodies, agencies, associations and all relevant stakeholders
• A coordinator for the corporate communications division day-to-day calendar of activities and appointments
• Perform other duties and tasks as per directive from immediate supervisors and/or management
Syarat dan kelayakan :
Qualification requirements:
• University degree with at least 2 years related experience in corporate communications, public relations or related discipline
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
• A strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communications skills
• A resourceful self-starter with strong analytical, project management, problem-solving skills and meticulous in work execution
• A result oriented team player with the ability manage multiple projects at the same time
• Familiarity in design software and web publishing platforms will be an added advantage
