JOB DESCRIPTION
- General administrative duties, including typing, filing, binding and photostating;
- Assist Executives and Managers in the preparation of correspondence, reports, business plans and proposals, including data entry;
- Prepare all required materials for meetings, workshops, etc.
- Making arrangements for workshop, meeting, etc.
Requirements:
- Diploma / SPM;
- Minimum 1 year working experience as clerk;
- Typing skill (35 words per minute);
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint; and
- Be able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
