Our Young Talent - Banking Associates Program (YT-BAP) is an early development and exposure program for graduates who aspire to become future leaders of the Bank. We recruit and develop talents through structured programs that include Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) activities where the aim is to ultimately feed our leadership pipeline.
We are looking for graduates with:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Agriculture-related, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Economics, Shariah, Marketing, IT, and Human Resource from recognized universities
- Minimum CGPA of 3.25
- Minimum Band 3 for the Malaysian University English Test (MUET)
- Self-motivated high achievers with dynamic personalities
- Aspire to become leaders
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent Command of Bahasa and English
