Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Law or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience preferred
- Knowledge of the football management industry would be an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be willing to travel
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Club Licensing Manager in the implementation of the annual licensing for clubs in Malaysia.
- To coordination and assist with over 24 clubs in the Super League and Premier League in Malaysia to be licensed.
- Maintain and coordinate with annual updates from the clubs.
- Managing, maintaining and updating all documents that clubs send during the annual licensing period.
- Assisting the Club Licensing Manager to conduct annual workshops for the clubs. This would include aspects like logistics and on ground organization for the workshops.Provide support in organizing the Club licensing meetings for the decision making bodies
- Assist the Club Licensing Manager to review and maintain all documents required for club registration into AFC Club Competitions.
- Maintain management information system (player registration for AFC Club Competitions and submission of club licensing documents from license applicants).
- Review and reply promptly correspondence with clubs and AFC. This includes assisting clubs that is represented in the yearly AFC club competitions.
- Provide secretarial or executive services for decision making bodies.
- Maintain contact with license applicants that have discrepancies, following with notice letters.
- Perform miscellaneous job duties as assigned.
