Deskripsi/ Tugasan:
1. To handle a large volume of inbound calls.
2. To attend customers' feedback and enquiries.
3. To provide high quality and timely support to our clients through professional and proactive customer service delivery.
4. To answers incoming calls, faxes, postal mail and emails relating to the program supported.
5. To identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer.
6. To enter customer data and other relevant information into call center database.
7. Must be able to work on 24/7 rotation basis on shift.
8. Adaptability to various ad hoc tasks.
Syarat dan kelayakan :
1. Diploma
2. Willing to work on shift.
3. Willing to work at Petaling Jaya.
