1. Facility Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Day to day operation and maintenance of multi storey building office which include building electrical system, standby generator set, lift services, air conditioning system, fire fighting system and other duties related to high rise building.
- Develop and implement building facilities management operational procedures and performance measures and preventive and planned maintenance program
- Responsible for renewal of licences and development orders
- Manage the relationship with the entire landloard for the operations
- Management of staff and appointed service maintenance contractors
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent and a Chargeman BO Certificate (11KV) by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Good client and people management skill
- Strong leadership/supervisory skills to lead and motivate maintenance staff
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skill in both oral and written
