The incumbent is responsible to play critical role in planning, coordinating and monitoring business improvemet activities within KWAP thorugh a business improvement plan to ensure successful deliverables.
The Job
- Lead improvement initiatives through business process management in order to arrive at best-practice procedures
- Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter work flows and redefine job functions
- Ensure all business processes and supporting procedures are documented and maintained accordingly
- Assist in reviewing policies, procedures, desk files and provide consultation/advices of any departures from procedures and standards
- Perform the implementation and administration of ISO 9001 QMS, ISO ISMS and other relevant certification
- Be part of Internal Audit pool for KWAP (particularly for relevant ISO certifications
