JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supports the project executives to supervise construction related activities that meet the required standard of works according to plan or through liaison with consultants / sub-contractors. Ensures works are carried out in accordance to drawings & specification through coordination with Resident Engineers, C&S Engineers, consultants and sub-contractors.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 3 year(s) experience in general site supervision, preferably with a property developer
- Exposure in multi-disciplinary project management experience in infrastructure and C & S works
- Able to monitor, organize and coordinate site activities, conformance of contractors’jobs to approved plans, drawing and specifications
- Proven ability to be able to supervise team of site laborers
- Familiar with Site Safety & requirements by the respective authorities
- Familiar with Quality Control / ISO 9001 requirements
- Displays integrity and honesty in daily execution of duties
- Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
