JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Plan, promote and coordinate seminars/events organized by the Institute, and prepare related reports.
- Plan and conduct corporate visits and career talks.
- Assist the Manager of the Regional Office in day-to-day administrative duties and provide secretariat support as and when required by the Regional Committee.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Marketing or related field preferred
- At least 2 years’ related working experiences
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels
- Computer literate with hands-on experience especially in word processing and spreadsheet software. Experience in handling databases is an added advantage
- Able to multi-task, possess good planning/organizational skills, proactive, meticulous, results-oriented, team player and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Possess own transport and able to travel occasionally
