Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, which include recruitment & selection, salary/payroll administration, training and development, industrial relations, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and other HR related matter.
- Establishes SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) and ensures policies and procedures as well as practices are effectively communicated and implemented, relevant, competitive & effective, in support of Company’s business strategies
- Assess the needs and develop effective HR policies & procedures in line with company's business direction and operations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all HR training and development programs and recommend changes as appropriate and maintain training records for all staffs
- Provide HR guidance and advice to the Management on government initiatives, best practices and Employment Act.
- Reviews compensation and benefits packages to ensure market competitiveness
- Plan and implement staff training for employees’ career growth
- Handle staff disciplinary and welfare issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge of Payroll system (HR 2000) would be added advantage
- Knowledge in dealing Collective Agreement with Trade Union would be added advantage
- Liaison with relevant government bodies such as KWSP, SOCSO, & LHDN
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Experience working in cooperative would be added advantage.
- Good in problem solving and understanding of employment act for company interests.
- Well versed in compensation/benefits programs and procedures; evaluating programs and identifying needs for improvement and overall company interests.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with effective interpersonal and people management skills.
- Matured candidates who are resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as a team are encouraged to apply.

Koperasi Serbaguna Kakitangan MAS Malaysia Berhad pada mulanya dikenali sebagai Syarikat Kerjasama Pekerja-pekerja MAS Malaysia Berhad. Ianya ditubuhkan pada 15hb Januari 1974 hasil daripada kesepakatan dan muafakat seramai 150 orang Anggota yang merupakan kakitangan Penerbangan Malaysia (MAS). Maka dari situ, tertubuhlah Syarikat Kerjasama Pekerja-pekerja MAS Malaysia Berhad. Pada awalnya jumlah Anggota yang berdaftar adalah seramai 150 orang dan 90% daripadanya adalah dari Jabatan Kejuruteraan.
