REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
2. At least 15 years of relevant experience in train operations with at least 5 years of experience at senior management level.
3. Ability to handle technical issues and conduct negotiation.
4. Well exposed in system engineering and has been involved in testing, commissioning, project implementation, train operations and maintenance.
5. Has international network with rail operators, suppliers and contractors.
6. Ability to use common IT applications and always kept updated with development in railway technology.
7. Communicate well in English and familiar with International railway practices.
8. Able to command the respect of the Board of Directors, Management and staff.
