Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Contract Management/Administration or any equivalent qualification;
• At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
• Conversant in Government’s contract procedures;
• Independent and able to work under pressure;
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office software package;
• Posses good written and communication skills.
