Deskripsi/ Tugasan:
-installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
-monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
-talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues;
-troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
-setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
-responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
-working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
Syarat dan kelayakan :
Job Requirement:
• Candidate possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology , or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent and able to work under pressure / not in working hour period
• Willing to travel and have a driving license
• Team player with good analytical skill, problem solving skill, well-organized and proactive quality.
• Priorities only for LADIES
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
Require Skill:
• Relational database, Web Development/administration, Operating Systems, Cloud Computing, Technical Support.
• PHP, MYSQL, HTML, UML, SQL, Javascript, Adobe.
