KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports to the Manager, Legal Services Department.
- Assisting in the day-to-day functions of the Legal Services Department.
- Compile and collate documents and prepare updates for legal claims. Review litigation documents with panel lawyers and attending and observing court hearing and tribunal proceedings.
- Assist to prepare or vet commercial contracts including letters of awards, tenancy agreements, non-disclosure agreements and/or such other agreements.
- Participate in legal negotiations and ensuring legal and statutory requirements are met.
- Legal research and keeping abreast with legal trends within the industry.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in LAW or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fast learner.
- Fluent in English with good writing & communication skills.
- Team player, able to work independently and efficiently.
- Interested in automotive industry (an advantage).
- Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie,Shah Alam.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
