Jawatan Kosong di RHB Banking Group

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of reports for Management and Board of Directors Meeting
  • Monitoring of Balance Score Card
  • Managing claims
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings and to ensure proper notification is given
  • Setting up and maintaining a proper and accurate filing and record
  • Assist in making travel arrangement, hotel reservation, arranging & coordinating travel itinerary
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of staff
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time
Requirements
  • Must have a Diploma in Private Secretaryship (PSC)
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as secretary to Senior Management in a multinational company
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
