- Preparation of reports for Management and Board of Directors Meeting
- Monitoring of Balance Score Card
- Managing claims
- Scheduling appointments, meetings and to ensure proper notification is given
- Setting up and maintaining a proper and accurate filing and record
- Assist in making travel arrangement, hotel reservation, arranging & coordinating travel itinerary
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of staff
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time
- Must have a Diploma in Private Secretaryship (PSC)
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as secretary to Senior Management in a multinational company
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
