1. MANAGER (FINANCIAL MODEL & ASSET MANAGEMENT)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Financial Modelling
* Develop and maintain financial models and provide financial analyses to support the company’s projects or business proposals.
* Provide quality and timely financial analyses and advices to ensure a comprehensive assessment of investments in company’s projects and services and to facilitate management-level decision-making.
Asset Management
* Develop policy and procedures with regard to asset management. Develop and maintain asset register, including acquisition, transfer and valuation. Coordinate the implementation of the asset acquisition, maintenance and disposal plans. Plan and execute asset verification, audits, investigation and report on variances, make necessary recommendations to resolve discrepancies and update the asset register.
* Prepare monthly reconciliation with supporting schedules of the asset register to the relevant accounting records and resolve unclear items.
* Report on asset management information and other monthly reports as required by the management.
Requirement:
* Possess a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accountancy or other relevant qualifications. Knowledge in accounting, finance, economy and business management. Good understanding of financial data, terminology and principles.
* At least 7 years of relevant experience with history of hands-on and excellence in financial modelling – possess skills in Advance Microsoft Excel.
* Demonstrated strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
* Confident and good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work in a fast face and aggressive environment. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and tight deadline.
