1. EXECUTIVE, INVESTMENT DIVISION
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Pursue, review and report the full set of investee companies financial accounts (Monthly management accounts and annual audited accounts).
- Review and comments on investee companies cash flow and profit projection and forecast.
- Review monthly management report and compare the actual performance against budget, and analyst and comment on material variances.
- Attend monthly meeting with investee companies in order to scrutinise the finances.
- Monitor fund utilisation of the investment made by PNS to ensure that it if in accordance to agreed fund utilisation.
- Verify the accuracy of all finance report provided to Perbadanan Nasional Berhad by investee companies.
- Participate in special audit by Perbadanan Nasional Berhad internal auditors or appointed external auditors.
- Prepare and submit commentary timely report on the performance of investee companies to superiors.
- Prepared KPI Budget and Achievement for Investment Division.
- Protect all confidentially for any decision made by Head of Division.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree / Master in Finance / Banking / Accounting with at least 3-5 years’ experience in business investment, loan evaluation
- Must be able to evaluate business proposals and work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Must show willingness and commitment to help, guide and assist the loan applications.
- Good report writing and communication skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- To provide supportive role to other Divisions.
- To maintain good relationship with internal and external customers.
- Assist in preparing monthly report, quarterly report and any other ad-hoc reports, whenever requested.
