JOB DESCRIPTION
- To assist in recruiting & staffing.
- To update all employee records in the systems.
- To prepare monthly HR statistics report.
- Preparing HR letters & compilation of HR documents.
- Documentations of all HR related letters into employee personal file.
- Maintaining employee files & the HR filling system.
Requirements
- Possess at least SPM /STPM / Diploma in Human Resource / Business Studies / Administration / Management or relevant field.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- At least 1-2 years minimum working experience in the related field.
- Able to work independently.
