JOB DESCRIPTION
- To promote and sell simple insurance products, aided by leads from other bank staff and customer database
- To generate own leads from walk-in customers, bank events, and personal contacts
- To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales target
- Actively participate in the bank’s sales and promotion activities
- To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service
- Disciplined tracking of all sales activities
Job Requirements
- A recognized degree or Diploma qualification with minimum CGPA of 2.75.
- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English or other local languages is a bonus
- Highly sales driven and can work independently
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Willing and able to travel to other branches
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
- Good team player
- 10 Contract position(s) available.
