PUNB Management Trainee Programme
PUNB aim to develop the nation’s next generation of leaders through our PUNB Management Trainee Programme. The Management Trainees will be challenged in a dynamic, competitive and fast paced environment and be exposed to various sectors and areas.
Overview
The PUNB Management Trainee Programme is a one (1) year management programme aimed to help PUNB investee companies to have dedicated personnel from PUNB to prepare and develop investee companies website and social media marketing presence.
Requirement
- Fresh graduate
- Degree in Information Technology and Management or E-Business, Multimedia or Creative Media, Business Administration or Management and other related fields
- Excellent communication skills
- High achiever & teamplayaer
- Candidates with interest/experience in web development, graphic desgin, social media, marketing and entrepreneuship are encouraged to apply
Jobs Tasks
- Manage PUNB entrpreneurs directory
- Develop websites for SME companies
- Develop social media markteting platforms
- Provide advisory services to th companies/entrpreneurs in areas related to multimedia and scial media marketing.
Programme Structure
The selected Management Trainees will undergo in-house intensive training covering web-site development and its tools. Upon completion of the training, the Management Trainees will be deployed at PUNB's offices all over the country for a period of 11 months.
