DESCRIPTIONS:
- Perform vehicle inspection in compliance with governmental regulation and safety standards (SOP, ISO, and Policy & Procedures).
- Perform customer service to produce quality ‘product’ (report) and achieve ‘customer charter’ within the specified timeframe.
- Maintenance of equipment used in the inspection activity.
- Ensure a thorough and timely report is prepared and submitted to Operations Supervisor/Lane Leader for verification.
- Ensure proper filing of documentation.
- Performed all HICOM Management System (HMS) initiatives.
- Attended to customer queries and assign to the right personal.
- Perform any other duties as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Certicate (SKM Level 3 and above) in Automotive or equivalent.
- 1 Credit and 5 Passed in SPM core subject (Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mathematic or any technical subjects).
- Must have a valid driving license 'B2 & D'.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Able to converse in Mandarin/Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Maximum weight is 80kg and maximum height is 175cm (due to nature of work).
- Willing to be mobilized at any branches nationwide.
Successful candidates will have to attend a short course certificate programme at International College of Automotive (ICAM) Pekan, Pahang for 3 months.
