Job Description:
- To monitor/maintain company computer system, Network and Servers troubleshoot and support for company PC/Laptop and LAN/WAN availability
- To handle system software and hardware installation and configuration.
- To support and assist in troubleshooting and ensure smooth running of the company system application for main office.
- To support and assist user on the usage of functional feature for company application software
- Schedule running anti-virus, system backup, security update of IT system
- To manage company IT assets
- To contact with vendors for system support and purchase
- Prepare system documentation for system software and hardware licensing/warranty
- Experience in setting office LAN and WAN. WIRE/WIRELESS
- Knowledge in Windows 2008 Servers and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge in PC and Servers trouble shooting
- Required and responsible for standby during system failure
Requirements:
- Good in communication and resourceful/initiative in system troubleshoot/problem solvingCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor& Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar Kuala Lumpur.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
