Candidate’s role is to:
- To evaluate corporate proposals objectively and efficiently by ensuring compliance with the relevant securities laws, regulations and guidelines, and to contribute to the formulation of relevant policies and guidelines and other regulatory matters
Candidate should have:
- A strong first degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic, Business or Finance, Accounting-related Professional Qualification or equivalent
- At least three (3) years of relevant working experience. Knowledgeable and experienced in corporate finance, accounting and business administration.
